‘The Whole Scoop’ was incorporated on April 15th, 2011 and is continuing to evolve on a daily basis. Previously ‘Grafton Ice Cream Company’, Ice Cream and Fat Free Frozen Yogurt have been served in this location since 2001.

   My name is Kim Baalman-Eberlin and together with my husband Rick, our three children and countless family members and friends we have succeeded in adding Great Food to the already inviting Sweet Treats menu. To further extend our offerings, we have opened The Loft, a two bedroom apartment that we rent out by the night. And, open seasonally, The Produce Shack is the perfect location for us to sell our homegrown fruit and vegetables.  So, this location is not just ice cream anymore, it’s The Whole Scoop!



   I hope you’ll take time to check out our menu by clicking on the links in blue or the tabs above and that once you’ve seen everything we have to offer, you’ll make time to come to Grafton and see us. We have picnic tables out front, a convenient drive thru and can arrange for additional seating for large groups with advance notice.
